“Dear UX Colleagues,
I had the opportunity to attend the inaugural UPA Europe Conference in Torino last year and was very happy with the provided content and opportunity to meet colleagues and discuss the latest trends in our professional field.

In the last few years more companies are implementing a new type of development process – Agile. More dynamic, with focus on quick response to market needs, Agile requires the usability teams to revisit their planning and methodology practice. I am glad that I can present at this event and would like to use this opportunity to share some thoughts and hopefully generate a discussion on how we can adapt our methodology to the new development processes and ensure we continue to help organizations deliver usable products to the target users.”
