He has completed MSc in Computer Science from Sofia University (Bulgaria) and Human Computer Interaction (Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh) and has research and work experience at Heriot-Watt, IBM and Research In Motion. Currently he is focusing on the user experience research in the area of enterprise administration and development tools at Research In Motion.

In the last few years more companies are implementing a new type of development process – Agile. More dynamic, with focus on quick response to market needs, Agile requires the usability teams to revisit their planning and methodology practice.
